I am just increasing my post count. I have no idea what lifts are good for your rig. :rock:

I've heard a lot of good things about the BDS lift posted earlier in the thread. If I remember correctly they also come with a lifetime warranty; if you break a leaf or they sag they'll send you a replacement. If you're willing to shell out the extra $$$ for Alcan springs, I would go for those. They're custom made for your rig so you get the best ride and the best flex. My buddy used to have them on his Yota and they worked amazing, I'll see if I can find pics of it. However you still have to put together the rest of the kit so they'd cost a good chunk of change.
The PO installed a ProComp 4" lift on mine. Don't go ProComp.

Depends on your planned usage. DD, just Rubicon Express, even Skyjacker or similar kits. Wheeling, Old Man Emu is said to be the best, but I have never installed them (wife would kill me)
