New.to the forum and to the jeep world. Re 1476984962130.jpg

Recently purchased my first jeep and it's only been used for Ranch roads.

What essential modifications would one need to do light trials. Hoping to check out Nevada, Utah, and New Mexico soon.

Thanks

Welcome! No mods needed for that guy to do light trails. Already far more capable than you are as the driver (assuming that since it's your first Jeep you don't have a lot of experience). Best thing you can do is go drive it a ton. You'll get better as a driver and you'll figure out what mods you really want to do next.

Welcome from Arizona! I'd agree with everybody else here, you really don't need much, looks to me like you have a great start already. Start hitting some trails, you'll figure out what it needs, or what you want as you go. Maybe some skids like the EVO protek, if it's a 12' or newer with auto trans there is an exposed tranny line that runs under the trans.

Welcome to the jeep life! It's amazing. Like folks said drive it and wheel it for a bit to figure out what you wanna do with it. Looks good bro can't wait to see it turns out. Enjoy it.
