i'm no mechanic so i'm having some issues pin pointing this one, but while driving at around 2k rpm an obnoxiously loud squeak will start coming from "down unda" my rig. can't find where it's coming from or think of what in the world may even be causing it to happen. The Jeep drives just fine, at first i thought it was the clutch because it seams to get louder when i push it in, but it was replaced before i bought it a couple of months ago and i haven't had any slippage... also it continues after the gear change now. i'm lost.. clueless.. distraught..... okay not distraught, but any help would be awesome before i snap and just take it to a mechanic.

I'd say your thro out bearing is almost shot. Mine did the same thing before it came apart and broke the sleeve off the trans that it rides on
