Not running smooth

Hey guys, I'm needing a new radiator and already have on on order, but my engine has started running roughly lately. I've never experienced this happen because of a radiator and was wondering what you guys think. My jeep is a '99 2.5L and has around 105K miles on it. It's idling around 1000 rpm's but it's almost as if something is loose causing it to idle roughly. Also when I'm driving it will make a clicking noise. Whatcha guys think?

Is it a tick or a knock? Also does it change with RPM?

It's a tick. And yea it does change with the RPM'S. Maybe a bent push rod?

It's a tick. It's not knocking. Maybe a bent push rod?

Maybe a bad head... When/ how did you notice you needed a radiator? Did you over heat at any point?
