This is my kind of thread! Me and the wife cook alot.
Here is home made nyc cart style halal food. If u ever had this, the home made blows the street food out of the water!

Is there any other way to eat a turkey besides fried? Its the best thing ever. Maybe I'll bust out the fryer on a camping trip sometime. :thumb:

Has anyone tried a trash can turkey? I always swore by a fried turkey until I cooked it with a trash can. All you need is foil, charcoal, steel trash can, and a wooden stake.
