Beer can chickened the egg. 1st pic rubbed and then at 30 minutes. Should go about 90 minutes total. Stand by for final results.

Did you add anything to the beer? If not do so next time. It brings the flavor to a whole new level. Soy sauce, garlic, green onions, shallots, westchestershire are some good ones.

You are dead on. Used one of my girl's summer shandys and added ponzu sauce and garlic. It definitely makes a big difference. I never though of the green onion or shallots, will definitely do that next time.

Followed your recommendation and did it again tonight and threw green onions in the beer. It turned out fucking perfect. Thanks for the tip dude.
