4.0 block replacement

Hey guys and gals! I am picking up a 1995 yj this weekend and it needs a new block. It's the HO 4.0 but it needs a new block. I have anew extra motor already that was give to me.

The new motor:
53010449 is the block casting
0630 is the head casting

Just wondering if this block would work swapping in using everything else that is already in the jeep? I have read on some forums that not all 4.0s are interchangeable because of the mounting locations from frame to block and the accessory brackets.

It looks like it will fit. The oil filter points down on the left side, and theres some internal changes. Make sure the mounting bosses are the same depth threads. Google search that part number, the first page mentions the significant changes between the blocks.
