2012 JKUR Manual Transmission load grinding sound wile at idle

I'm away from the states right now but before I left I ran spring creek in Colorado and the next day as I started it up the transmission sounded terrible at idle. With the Clutch depressed it goes away but I'm thinking it rumbles at some point as I depress the clutch. I did not get a sound clip but thought I would toss it up to get some thoughts. I still have 7 month on the power train warranty so I'll take it in in March when I get back. Any thoughts off hand?

Mine does it too, sounds like the throw out bearing. It's been a known issue on the JK's.

I either turn it off or tap the pedal until it stops. I'm planning on changing it with a "better than OE" replacement in the spring l. Should be fun...
