Hey all- new to Jeeping and super stoked on the community and lifestyle!

Wife and I rented a JKU in Hawaii (I hadn't driven a Jeep since '94) and when we returned I bought one three weeks later.

Basically stock (bumper/winch/CB/audio upgrades/10A Rubi takeoffs) but looking to continue the build as money allows.

Looking for meet ups and weekend runs around SoCal area- and perhaps the occasional beer or twelve with good folks!

Welcome to Wayalife. I did the same. Rented one in Colorado, and bought one 2 weeks later.

I was previously pretty heavy into Subaru-and before that Chevrolet (drag racing and off-road). But yeah, I can't believe how expensive JK parts are!
