Out wheeling Saturday night when this happened

Does anyone make a sector shaft replacement for non Delphi boxes?

Bummer. And, no. You'll need to get a new box. If it were me, I'd pony up and get the new PSC box.

Cerbrus took over Chrysler and they started using boxes made in China. FCA still uses the same box.

Anyone know if the bolt pattern is different, will an older Delphi box work?

Yes, an older Delphi will work and if you were to buy a new ported box from PSC, it would be a Delphi box. It's what I'm running on my 2012 now. But again, the new PSC box comes with a MUCH bigger sector shaft.
