Factory jk 44 Studs to long for 1-1/4" spacers

What's everybody's thoughts on cutting the factory wheel studs so they don't stick out beyond the spacers. I literally need to only take off an 1/8" so the wheels sit flush against the spacer.

You can grind your studs down but it really is better to just get 1.5" spacers. At least, in my opinion.

Yea I figured as much. If I did, it would be a temporary solution. I was just hoping to not spend another 100$ on spacers when I'd be ditching them soon anyways.

His OEM studs are sticking out .125 past the spacer so the wheel won't fit flat.

Yeah, I got that - I was going the other direction that the extra 1/4" on the spacers shouldn't matter.

If I was ordering new yes I'd just order 1 1/2" but I already had the 1 1/4" sitting in the shop. I needed them to clear the new 37-13.5's

Makes sense - didn't realize you already had them. I use 1-1/2" to clear my 13.50's as well.
