Not his problem, the dealer should be bending over backwards to make this right as quick as possible regardless of finance, mods, color of jeep, time of day, the barometric pressure at that time. Bloody hell, get the owner a new friggin Jeep already.

I'm pretty sure my Mountain bike has more suspension than at old motorcycle
