If that's the guy I think it is he's been going around helping stranded motorists in cali for the past 20 or so years, they (the news/NPR) did a story on him and his "ghostbuster" car a few years back...

That's a great story.
Back in the 1980's there was a state trooper in Texas who did not like writing tickets but carried fuel, water and tools to help stranded motorists. The DPS changed his duties and created a state wide program.

So a guy posted up on FB a question about lockers for his JK, also mentioning trusses, to a local Jeep group I follow. Upon learning that he has a D30 front, I provided my opinion to not waste the money on the D30 and another guy adds the below response. Part of me wants to ask how hard he wheels it.
