Just got these in yesterday. Great write up! Super easy to do... noticed the hood flutter after our last road trip for my son's lacrosse tournament and it made me a bit nervous driving in unknown territory of Penn... lots of deer, hills and turns on US hwys so figured better to be safe than sorry. Now the wife wants some...

If you pull the grill off via the plastic clips you can reach the lower nut without any problem. Just installed mine yesterday and love them!

Nice but seem complex....

Replaced the oem rubber in the latches with the daystar rubber/upgrade...no flutter no bolts to remove, no gluing....no paint chipping....no flutter!

This was the first mod I did. When my hood was flapping around on the 395 I was all screw this. Thank God for these lol

I did mine a few weeks ago and love them. Very solid. Just make sure everything is snug/tight on them. I put blue locktight on the cross bolts.
