Dollar was a nightmare when we used them a couple years ago. We actually went through costco's rental program this time. They then contracted with Alamo. Saved a boat ton of money!!!

We actually rented a "full size" car and then I asked for an upgrade at the counter. That's how I was able to get the jeep and still save about $200-$300.

Took the family from Kosovo to Austria via Budapest on a 1300km trip. Nice ride and great scenery.

Got away for a few days with one of my sons and camped on Drummond Island here in Michigan. Mostly did some exploring, fishing and kayaking.
