6.4 hemi leaking oil where trans bolts to engine

I have an issue with an oil leak that looks to be where the motor and trans meet.
Also in low gear on trails I can smell oil burning every now and again. Any idea what seal this would be?

Funny thing about oil leaks is that they always seem to appear to be from the lowest point they can drip from. I don't know anything about the 6.4 HEMI but I recommend inspecting up the sides of the block to ensure the leak isn't a valve cover or other component.
