I am looking at a 93 YJ for sale. Is there anything specific I should look for. Has 1 year old top, 4 inch lift, 130k miles

What motor? Check the frame at the steering box and shackles
Yeah, I would check to see if it's got a 4-banger or straight 6. You really want the 4.0L I-6. Being that you're up in a state that might see salted roads, I would check the floor boards and body mounts for rust. Also, is it a stick or auto?

As much as I wanted to wait for this guy to call, he never did. I ended up buying a 96 bronco XLT with the 302, 5spd tranny, and manual locking hubs.
Was down to the wire and I needed a vehicle to drive in Utah since I start the move on Friday.
