Frame Rust

Hey everyone, I am recently starting to repair rust spots on my jeep jk's frame and was wondering what guys have used in the past for their repairs. I've used some rust converter on smooth surface rusted areas of the frame.
Has anyone had any experience with Rust Bullet automotive by any chance also?

I've always pressure washed the areas I'm planning to repaint with degreaser, remove the loose rust with a wire brush, wipe any loose rust off and paint with rust encapsulator, I could do a lot more prep but it's good enough for my use.

What kind of rust? Surface rust from missing paint or deep rust from salt? If deep, POR15. If surface, clean with degreaser and repaint.

Most is surface, some especially in the rear is deep rust. I've heard people use both POR 15 and Rust Bullet for deep.
