Showing codes p0420 and p0430

Hey, y'all, I was running my scanner on my Jeep because I began to feel the acceleration seem sluggish. When I ran my obd scanner, the codes p0420 and p0430 appeared. What does it mean when both of those appear at once? I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with 178,000 miles on it.

Bad or clogged cat. At that mileage, I would assume that’s it. Probably need to be replaced.

catalytic converter, I'd check the for manifold exhaust leaks, O2 sensor wire damage, if all good I'd change out the sensors then the cat as last resort, they've gotten expensive!
