Caught the Bug
Looks good! But you left some nickels stacked on the gusset in the first picture. :)

Nice job thinking of doing the same, could you run a 38 inch tyre with this c gusset set up on dyna 30s and maybe stronger axle shafts?

Gussets

LOOKS GOOD!! I had a local weld shop install a set of EVO gussets for me. I'am running 33" tires for now, possible go to 35" in future.

I do not believe its recommended. I mean you can but it's not if but when will your axle give. I am going to 37" but will wait till I run a D-44. And even the. It will have gussets and sleeves.

Yeah true, its a big jump from the 33s, think we would all love to have some dyna 60s : )
