Jeep pedal covers

So this maybe outside of the JK models but our old 79' CJ5 has rubber covers on the brake and clutch pedals. They have for years fallen off and or warn out. We have gone through 2 sets of factory replacement covers in the last few years and are looking for a better solution. We would just leave them off but when you have wet or muddy boots they slip on the metal pedal. Any suggestions would help

Thanks

My friend used his mig welder and put a big "x" and several "dots" on his pedals, they provide him with great traction, and they don't wear off because its steel! And we live in oregon where it's always muddy and wet... So they are tested.

Great idea! Maybe even a spray on/roll on bedliner, rough and durable.

Best part is that's its free, and lasts forever! If you don't want to do that, you may be able to put some grip tape on it??
