Do any of you run these? If so thoughts?

I understand that its another source for damage on the trail, just trying to weigh the pros and cons...

I run them on my racelines. I have found no negative aspects. On mine, the valve is protected by the beadlock rings so they are not at risk at damage. The pros are that you can deflate without any tools. You can hook up a tire gauge on the stock valve stem as you deflate to get real time numbers. The quickness they air up tremendously impressive compared to on board air tank. Same with airing up, I throw the air gauge on the other valve stem as I air up to get real time numbers. Installation wasn't even that bad. Scarry, initially, yes but in the end it was easy. Just make sure you have the right drill tap.
