Front Fender Question

Hey guys,
I was wondering, does the front fender (not to be confused with the fender flare) bolts onto the frame? I'm looking at some "fix me" JKs and that's a part that needs replacing.

I'm not sure I fully understand your question... It is a fully bolted on item, and it's bolted to some frame work. But not the Frame....

If you're referring to the fender panel, it's glued to the tub and bolted on to a body sub-structure. You can replace just it if necessary.
