Well I finally got finished rebuilding my engine and put it in my XJ this weekend, nothing more satisfying than turning the key on an engine you built and it comes right to life, awesome.

No not really. Ordered a kit from rockauto.com that had all of the gaskets rings bearings in it. Used my old pistons and cam. Timing chain was I good shape as was the cam. Put new lifters though.

Cost me around $600 with all of the extras.
