Vector off road makes some bolt in things called UFOs.

The UFO's are for the hood. However I found these instead.

Basic plastic inserts. I think I can actually pick them up at a local automotive store.

I've seen where they've put them in the tailgate. I suppose anything to keep out the elements would suffice.

Quite a few of the license plate delete kits come with that plug. Poison Spyder, Vector Offroad to name a couple.

I had the Poison Spyder version it's called a tramp stamp. JCR Off-road also make them as do a few other companies.
