Flush mounted rear tail lights

I recently just had the Gen Right rep here in utah build a drop down tire carrier for me and will be picking it up Friday. Does anyone know besides gen right where you can get some flush rear lights. Hopefully just some plug and play kind. I know you new to make a 4" hole or little bigger. Do the lights come with all 3? Brake, signal, ad reverse..

here's a set of Maxxima's that have reverse, not exactly plug n play, but close enough- 4" hole, 5.75" outside diameter, stick out 7/8" $69/pair- 5 year warranty

these aren't completely flush, but they should be pretty close to plug n play and they bolt into the stock location
