Fog lights

I just recently replaced my front stock bumper to one with tow hooks and fogs. My old bumper didn't have fog lights so I was wondering how I should go upon getting the to work again.

If you didn't have fog lights before and you want to add them I believe you have to go to the dealer to have them flash your ecu.

No. That will only work if you get the new steering column stalk that has the switch for the factory fogs on it. If you are starting from scratch you will need to install a switch and relay similar to an after market fog light. Here is a diagram that may help:
