I scored tonight and got a Rubi transfer case, both rears complete with wheels still bolted on. They came off a 2010 Rubi with 30k that had a fire, everything was unbolted from frame nothing was cut. I'm sure there's probably ton of threads on doing the conversion, but I'm putting this out there to see what other people ran into changing it over.
