I'm getting new adjustable lca will I need an alignment after the install? Or do I need to do anything else?

Not an alignment Per se.... but caster adjustment.... If you take it to a shop and ask for an alignment they should adjust this as well, but make sure you stress this to them that this needs to be adjusted.
In my opinion, you can do this yourself with the videos on this site

Or you can do it yourself. Go to the jk tech section of the forum and click the DIY thread. Look around in there you will find it. Again take your time and read through some the threads. Eddie has put a lot of time into writing them. Save you a couple of bucks. There is one thread called front end alignment.

No. You just need to set them so that you have about factory caster when you install them. Here is the link that Canvas JK was referring to.
