Did KMC buy ATX?

Did KMC Wheels buy ATX? Just wounding since their websites look dang near identical, and the ATX site looks nothing like it use to.

Actually, they are both owned by WheelPros.

Thanks, Do they own American Racing as well?
Since WheelPros owns both. Does that mean I can expect the same quality out of a set of XD wheels as ATX?

Yup. In fact, the old ATX logo used to say "American Racing" above it.
