Battery disconnect cable to run air compressor

Anyone run a battery cable disconnect to front of their jeep?? I want to run one to front of jeep bumper to run my viair portable air compressor. Instead of having to lift hood up connect cables etc. to run compressor. any pics? Others who have done it?

I have the bits and bobs to do it, just haven't been bothered as yet (along with the 99 other little projects that I currently have on haha) have got the heavy gauge cable, Anderson type plug to change out the clips on the compressor (and one for the battery lead) I really just stopped thinking about where I was going to run it to honestly... Keen to see who chimes up with what for inspiration

If you are familiar with the Battery Tender than you know about the 2 wire connector they use for the battery end of the kit. Would something like that work for you? Sorry I tried to find a good pic but could not.
