Anyone running an S&B cold air intake? Thoughts? Concerns? Pro's/ Con's?

I used to run one on my'08 JKU. Things I liked about it were:
The filter being reusable
The see thru glass design
Enclosed box design rather than having the filter exposed.
However, like with most CAIs you run the risk of water getting sucked in easily especially when you go water fording, etc. other than that it was a good air intake system.
