Arb compressor with gear oil

Just installed my new arb air compressor after my other one burned up. As I took off the old air compressor I noticed it was oily which was weird!! I installed my new one and tested it and GEAR OIL IS LEAKING OUT OF IT NOW. What the crAp right' needs help before this one burns up!!

Is this a rare thing to happen with a ARB locker ? Because Iam having one installed soon....

Which Air Compressor did you have?

But oil from the differential is getting into the air lines that go to/from locker and compressor. At least that's how I understand it
