if it is a stock rubicon it came with either 3.73 or 4.10's. If you have stock size tires it is easy to tell by what rpms you are turning at say 70mph.

if you want, it is possible to lift a tire off the ground, mark the shaft with a paint pen, have someone turn the tire one complete revolution while you are counting the times the drive shaft turns around. with common gearsets like 4.10 3.73 or 3.21 it will be easy to determine.

Its crude, but it will work.
