I have a new 2014 JKUR all stock for now. Wife wants me to cut the fenders like I did on our 07. 1390871730653.jpg

I should have said more in the first post. This is my fifth jeep. Previously I had a '91 YJ Sport, '91 YJ Sahara, '79 DJ5 Postal and a 2007 JKUX. I have been a certified welder since '91 so my first YJ saw the most home fabrication. I built a rear bumper, windshield light bar, rack and storage trunk for '91 Sport. I think my first mod for the '14 will be cutting down the front bumper to a stubby then a flat fender mod like I did on my '07. It looks like I will need to trim a little off the rails also to fit taller tires without a lift. 35s are my short term goal with 37s in the long run when I can afford axles and a proper suspension. My '07 JKXU suffered from a poor ride and weight issues. I am hoping to strike a good balance with this one.
