Removed all bolts. Axle end dropped no problem. Cant get the t-case end to come out. Ive banged on shaft with mallet and it just wont break loose. Any tips?

I actually had to use a bearing puller on mine, had the same trouble getting it to break loose.

It's stuck at the cv joint at transfer case. Front driveshaft. I have a rubber mallet and a 2x4. Sprayed with liquid wrench. Will have another go shortly.

Get a screw driver and hammer it between the C.V. and the Flange. May have to rotate the shaft and repeat until it separates.

The driveshaft is stuck to the yoke? Just hit the driveshaft with a hammer. It'll come off. If the yoke is stuck use a yoke puller.

Are you putting a new shaft on? If so slide the shaft apart then on the piece still attached give it a few good yanks back and forth.
