Blinkers not working help

My fender blinker are not working for 4 or 5 months, today I replace them with this

So I think it way me the fuse cause the 2 sides are the only ones not working can some one show me where is this fuse and how it looks like?

I would tell you to check the blinker fluid, but that is not a blinker. It is a marker light. It is DOT required in every state. All of the fuses are under the hood by the air intake.
