Why don't they badge this a Fiat (insert flashy model name here) and market it to compete against the foreign imports......race it against other imports in the rally races.......but don't badge this a Jeep.......leave the Jeep brand out of this.....SMH:naw:

I'm kind of torn on this one. My three favorite forms of motorsport are Desert Racing, Rally Racing and Formula 1. I like hot hatchbacks. Especially 4wd/AWD ones! I've had to opportunity to drive a Ford Escort Cosworth on a rally stage in Laughlin Nevada once. It was a great experience. I'm just not sure if this should be branded as a Jeep. I have said before I am down with whatever Jeep has to do to stay profitable as long as they keep producing the Wrangler. I also feel Jeep has a heritage to live up to, and a car is not in that realm. The car looks great, just not sure about it being in the Jeep family. :idontknow:
