Vibration in fan

Ever since I went muddin cpl weeks ago I have a vibration when the fan kicks on! Could it he possible something hot up into it, mud, leaves, etc to make this happen. Or is there another possible reason?
Almost can it be taken apart and cleaned or whats the best course here...

Pull it out n hoser it off and it should be good.

I did almost a week in Death Valley and when I got home noticed the same thing, there was so much dust caked on it it was throwin it outta wack.
