Rubicon take off springs

Hey first time back on the forum since deployment.
Sorry, I tried to search for some of this but couldn't find a thread that covered it directly.
My buddy has a 2014 JKUR and is installing a lift that includes new springs. He plans on giving them to his lady friend who has a older JKU sport. He has some questions on what is required:

How much lift can she expext?
Are there any other items that she would need to get?

Unfortunately, she's gonna see next to nothing in terms of a lift.

What about running his 32's? Will she have to do anything besides a procal or something of that sort?

Just needs to calibrate the speedo with a ProCal or Flashcal. Otherwise, nothing more needs to be done.
