Help me with this Annoying sound

I did see a bolt was coming out of my rear drive shaft but its good now, didnt look like anything was wrong with it either

It looked like you were in a subdivision... So I'm guessing about 20MPH???

The tick seemed to be about every tire or wheel rotation but it's tough to tell with such a short clip.

? Does it change with Engine RPM?
? Does it change with Speed?
? Does it change when in 4WD?

yeah heading to my house. It seemed the same to me, it only does it when i am coasting or engine breaking. if im on the gas or break then nothing... the dealership hendrick jeep told me it was my sway bar end links so i replaced all of them last saturday, so not only do i not go to them for work anymore but i can add diagnosis too. ill try to get a better video soon but the best way i can describe the sound is that of a flag pole when the wind is blowing and it makes a clanking noise.
