Wire thru-port on passenger side?

Getting ready to install my wife's CB in her new JK. I know there is a nice port on the driver's side to run the power wire through, but that seems like a long distance to run the wire down the drivers side A-piller, then back across the engine compartment to the battery on the passenger side.

Is there a similar port for wires on the passenger side or at least a better alternative?

Passenger side has the same hole.

yup- behind the battery, behind the insulation and the stick on dynamat, there's a hole.
