Any suggestions on what the lowest pressure I should run on sand is? I have Goodyear Silent Armor's, size 255\75r17. Headed to 4x4 beaches at Outer Banks, NC soon and don't want to encounter any problems. Thanks for any suggestions.

I was thinking about going with 18 psi. So from your suggestions I should be fine. Oh...wheels are stock for now. Thanks again!

18 should be ok, but your biggest concern on sand is cornering speed causing u to lose a bead. So only u know how hard ull be pushing ur rig. Fast around turns and ull need a higher psi

Driving on NC beaches regularly I normally don't air down but i use to air down to 25 psi and have never had an issue. Just turn your traction control off.

Thanks for the help...still learning....so keep it going.

Depending on where your going in the Outer Banks if you ride just below the water line at high tide you won't even need 4wd.
