Trying to replace my factory track bar with the Teraflex Monster Track Bar but the bolts are completely rusted on. Anyone have any tips for getting these bolts loose?

Soak them with PB Blaster.

wrench on the bolt head - up against the frame so it can't move, and 1/2" breaker bar on the nut with a 2' long steel tube as an extension. put some weight on it.
You could spray it down with pb blaster a few times and let it soak in for a few hours before you try it.
Heating it up with a torch can help also.
