Decals

Heat gun, or your wife's hair dryer, heat up the decal to soften the glue then peel off. Whatever glue residue is left clean off with goof off or other solvent based adhesive remover.

Shoot, just noticed you're in Vegas. Bring it over and I'll do it for you.

Take a knife...grab a corner and peel it off. Be careful not to scratch paint. Pretty simple

I just use a standard blow drier on high. Heat up and peel.

Some old decals want to rip up or shred, then I use a little hard plastic putty knife (no metal) to assist in removing them.

If there's any adhesive left, I use WD40 to remove it.

As mentioned, heat will help out a lot. Doing it out in the sun, a blow drier or heat gun will go a long way. A flat razor will help you lift the edges that are on good and some googone will get off the residue.
