Battery Help

Picked my jeep up yesterday. Got my new winch and led fog lights installed. I have a company car so i didn't drive my jeep today, went to take it to dinner and my battery was dead. I got it started with jumper cables, drive it for about 30 minutes. Once I got home I turned it off, and tried to restart it again, battery dead. My question is could this be a wiring issue or just a dead battery?
My jeep is a 2012, so battery is probably 3 years old,

Sounds like a dead battery. 3 years sounds about right for the life.
