I really wish this would drop right into my 1/4 pounder. Any idea on how to make one of these fit?

That's why I'm not using it. I know you can cut your bumper, I just didn't have the means to go through that. I saw a pic of a white JKU with it so I know it's possible.

Now is it just the fairlead you have to cut? Or do you have to re drill holes to be centered? I dont mind just cutting the fairlead but the other stuff i really dont want to do.

You would have to re-drill the holes. It won't fit in with the pre drilled holes.

I'm pretty sure the new aluminum quarter pounder fits the zeon winches

I have the Zeon 8 and made a template to drill the holes. It was fairly easy to do. It does sit a little off center but hey it is a Jeep and it is not supposed to look symmetrical. I have the LOD mid width front bumper.

Yes, already picked it up and installed it. I had a guy that said he was definitely going to take it and backed out. Now I'm stuck with two winches.
