What is this?

What is this? Why is it leaking? And should I be worried? Lol it's a clear liquid and has no smell to it, seems like water? But it's leaking quite a bit out.

Probably water coming from the AC condenser box.

it's your AC - mine flows like a stream and people are always pointing out the "leak" to me lol

X2. Mine flows like a stream too when I run my A/C.

You'll notice that when you aren't running your A/C, you won't get the water.
