Door removal

I own a 07 jk and I'm having one hell of a time trying to take the doors off. I know that the previous owner had the hinges replaced and painted. Could that be my issue? Any tips on how to take them off if they won't come off easy?

Caught the Bug
That thread helps a lot. I would suggest applying some PB Blaster on the hinges/bolts and ride around for a day, make sure to open and close the doors.

Stupid question but let's get this out of the way. Did you take the retention nuts off?

use hi-lift jack on the door to lift it a bit. protect paint with some towels and it should force that door right out.

my lazy way to loosen door on sticky hinges
