Pulling Transfer Case & Transmission Help

At 142k my 2007 jku's clutch throw-out bearing decided to finally give. Just trying to see if there is anyone out there that has done this in their own garage and has any pointers to pass on as to what would be the easiest way to do it, does the exhaust y-pipe need to come off, or the transmission cross member, or is there any special tools that come in handy. All your help would be much appreciated. I just picked up a transmission jack today
